What about those surgeons???

I suggest also printing out some of the good things that others have said and shared about your surgeon along with the Page on Donations and mail it in to your surgeon with a simple note stating how wonderful this site has been to you. Don't forget the address to mail in the donation. I e-mailed Dr. Bolar here in Kentucky and he e-mailed me back this morning stating that he would be happy to make a donation. He did not say how much but thats not really the important thing. A lot of these doctors get good press and exposure from this site. I am sure they would be willing to help.
