I am itching like crazy

I am 3 weeks post-op and can't stop itching. I have been itching since the beginning. I've tried benedryl, lotions and oil baths. Please help    — Belinda W. (posted on September 5, 2000)

Are you still on pain meds? You could be allergic to what you are taking. Consult your physician. Morphine and codeine make me itch til I think I'll go mad!
