Check out Dr. Rutledge in NC. His MINI Gastric Bypass is about as "cheap " as I have seen. Well I do not mean to call it cheap that does not sound good. He does and the hosp will give a 29 % discount if you pay cash upfront. His procedure is a lap bypass with very good results and low complication rate. His patients are only in the hospital for 1-2 days (most are staying only overnight). CHECK HIS WEBSITE http://clos.net

Hi... my doctor does the Duodenal Switch. The charges for everything, except travel is $10,000. He is located in Spain and is a highly regarded surgeon, both in Europe and in the United States.
