You should weigh yourself once a week. It's a good rule of thumb and
deters you from discouragement if you weigh the same for a few days. Good

Some folks weigh daily or weekly and do fine with that. I found the
frequent (and normal) plateaus too frustrating for that. The best strategy
for me is to weigh once a month...that way, I'm always pleasantly
surprised! Trust me, the inches keep coming off even when the pounds
don't. You'll have to develop the strategy that best meets your
needs...good luck!
