Question:
I have been a member of this site since January,

and I was just wondering why it is that, when I answer someones question it never get's posted. Do you choose the answers that you want to post? Or do you post all answers? My curiosity has gotten the best of me, since I have answered at least 3 questions and have yet to see one answer posted.    — allendepot1 (posted on May 21, 2000)

I've had the same problem. Most of the answers I post don't go through and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what. A couple of times after I've submitted my answer it appeared right away in the recent postings section but most of the time I check the next day and my answer still isn't there.

Do you 'refresh' or 'reload' your page? That's the only way I can see anything I post. Just a thought.

Lynell, I have found that if I access the question from my home account, it does not post, however, if I come into the Q&A section here and post, it comes up. I have no idea why this is so. Jill

You just asked a question that I have been wondering about, myself! Some of my answers/feedback do get posted..yet the last 3 replies that I sent in answer to questions NEVER got posted, either. It seems to me as if there might be a bit of "censorship" going on here. Have others experienced this happening to them, also? I have difficulty believing that there has been "problems" posting THREE of my messages..one or possibly two I can understand...but THREE???!! Come on now, "fess up." This makes me not even want to answer questions, even if I think that I have the answers that may help the person asking them!

Hi I just saw your question about no one answering your questions. I have posted some myself and it sometimes takes weeks to get an answer. If you would like you could try the questions at <[email protected]> There are a lot of people there that would probably answer your questions. Good luck! Char T.
