How do you Put picture on website

Can someone tell me how to put my picture on my personal profile page. I have a picture of me on my hard drive filed in "my document" folder and I do not know how to get it from there to the website. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!    — blank first name B. (posted on March 19, 2000)

Hello, Is your obisety Doc on line or is familiar to this program. This is how I started to get to know this program. through My doctor, He also placed me on line picture. Find out from your Doc. I do wish you the best [email protected]
