Question:
Has ANYONE ever been approved by HMO IL and if so what did it take?

I've been approved. I haven't done anything!!! (I'm afraid that I'll wake up and it will all be a dream!) My docs office submitted the paperwork. I've been told that its easier to get approved thru the Blue Cross HMO (HMO Illinois) than the PPO.

I have BCBS Hmo and I only had to ask once and they approved me I guess I was lucky. But the people at Belvideire really help get it approved.LOL Debbie
