I was wondering if anyone has RETAIL CLERK WELFARE TRUST INSURANCE and if they

Hi Jessica, I have Valley Clerks of Northern California, aka UFCW. Yes they approved my with a consult to the surgeon, an internal med md, and a psych evaluation. I had joint pain, sleep apnea, and a history of family obesity, diabetes, and some cancer. A surgeons office that specializes in wt. lose surgery should know exactly what the insurance co. wants. My approval went through the first time without a hitch. They did loose some paper work the first time, but every thing was submitted that they wanted, They will let the surgeons office know what documentation they need. good luck, hope you follow through. I could hardly work a 7 hour shift because my feet hurt so bad I had to wear inserts which ins paid for. They killed my feet also. I didnt have any problems juanita
