Kelly, in answer to your question, you will probably have a different self image as you loose weight. And yes , you will begin to like the new found attention you receive!My husbands first wife had this surgery and she walked out on him and the family. Now I realize we're all different, but I only wanted to let you know what can happen, and does many times. Good luck and good health to you in the future.
