Question:
This is not a question and I'm not sure if this is going over the site more than once
I just tried to send this message and the "dumb" computer (definately NOT the operator!! Ha!) I think messed up on me. I feel so strongly about this protein powder that I'm going to send this again. This protein powder tastes unbelievable. It is made by MLO Products in Fairfield, CA. 94533, web site : http://mloproducts.com. It is called Milk & Egg Protein. The powder looks and smells like yellow cake mix. I usually mix it with orange juice or other pure juice, have thrown in a banana or other frozen/fresh fruits, put several ice cubes in the mix, give it a whiz with the hand blender and enjoy! There is NO aftertaste and NO grit or fiber. I haven't tried it with milk but think it would be good. It has 21 grams of protein per serving, 1.5 grams of fat and no added sugar. I bought mine at Albertson's here in Cheyenne. It is in a 16 serving size can and cost about $14.00. I have one "shake" a day. Get the rest of my protein from real foods. I just had my first blood work done and my protein is excellent. The person who felt he/she wasn't losing enough weight. According to my doctor (Dr. Merlin Otteman in Fort Collins, Colorado) his patients lose an average of about 50 pounds in the first 3 months and then about 10 pounds every month after that. I lost 55 pounds the first 3 months and am losing about 5-8 pounds a month. For the person who asked about eating sweets. I am one of those who can eat sweets. I just can't eat a bunch of it. As long as I don't get carried away with the program I don't dump. I realize that this will slow down my weight loss. By eating some sweets I don't feel deprived. I don't want to spend one nano second feeling sorry for myself. I want to enjoy every moment in this new and wonderful life I now have. Sorry to post this to all of you out there. I accidently deleted (oops, I mean, my computer messed up again!!!) all my e mails. Congratulations to all of you out there who have had the surgery and are in the process of recovery of obesity!! My prayers and thoughts are with those of you who are still in the research phase or who are fighting insurances, etc. Hope all of you have a wonderful day!! Linda — Linda P. I have not found a protein drink I can stand so I would like to try this
one "Milk & Egg Protein. My question is if I'm not able to have
regular milk to drink would I be able to have the milk powder that's in
this protein drink? If you or anyone could e-mail me about this.

LOL!!! It's NEVER operator error :) I say that alot at work too!!! I
think you may be able to try skim milk, or lactaid or mix the protein with
flat diet soda, or crystal light or sugar free tang (I do that with vanilla
and it's like a creamsicle!) Best Wishes! :)
