Hi Lisa: I think it depends on how much you weigh, and your body type. It
depends on where you cary your weight, that is, your body type. I've lost
about 55 pounds, and some of my clothes fall off me, and some still fit
pretty well. I started out at 300 pounds (5'4") and I'm at 245 now.
So, the answer is, it depends! Good luck!

I have found that usually between 10-15 pounds equals one size. Good Luck!

I have lost 91 lbs, was heavy in the middle in my waist and back. I went
from size 26/28 to 14/16. I guess it depends on the person, and where they
carry their most weight. I was the typical "apple" shaped. Hope
this helps.

Dress size loss is going to vary from person to person. Not
only by how much you've lost but by the manufacturer of the
garment and also if you are exercising and firming up or not.
Personally I have gone from a size 24-26 to a size 10 and
have lost 122 pounds.
