Question:
i have been experiencing numerous urinary tract infections over the last 6 years

hi, i had vbg in 1984 and really never had any serious problems associated with it until recently. i have been experiencing a lot of urinary infections. i was wondering if anyone has experienced any problems with urinary tract infections? i get at least two per month. is this due to bacteria overgrowth problem i have been reading about? i have also started having a pain in my upper left side were i believe my stomach is and wonder if this is a hernia. the pain is very uncomfortable. i had the band removed from my esophogus in jan. 1999. i have experienced nausea and gas also. if anyone has any suggestions as to what is going on with me i would really appreciate some advice on the subjuet. i have also started to notice more intolerance to sugar and dairy products than i used to.    — dorene B. Frequent UTI's can be a sign of high blood sugar levels, or diabetes. I don't know if this is your case, but it would be worth getting it checked out by a doctor. Good Luck!
