Does anyone have HIp Prime in NYC. This plan is through the Dept of sanitation NYC.

I would like to know if anyone has been approved. How long it took and any other additional info that you have. I would greatly appreciate it. Is there anything specific that they are looking for? also, if it has been long enough will the pay for any additional surgeries such as TT and breast lift if needed?
