Question:
Jumpy Eyes
I am 4 weeks post-op and for the last week I have been experiencing jumpy eyes. It is not a focus problem, just like I have no control over my eyelids. Has anyone else had this happen? I imagine it is some kind of deficiency, but who knows! Thanks for your answers! Alexis — lexi (posted on June 11, 2005)

Hi Alexis; You know I remember something about my eyes post op like that
tooooooo... I think it is from the anesthesia. I work with nurses in home
health care and they say it takes quite some time to get that stuff out of
your system, my face was also a greeen tint because of it, I am sure it wil
go away, mine did. Hope this makes you feel beter.

I have had this problem before and after surgery, when it happens to me, it
usually means that you are overtired and need more sleep and rest.

I had this before - years before my surgery. A dietician I work with told
me it was a mineral deficiency, but I can't remember what mineral it was!
Might try asking a dietician - sorry I can't be more help.
