Question:
Anyone else dealing with infertility issues?

I am almost 3 years post-op. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. I am on my third round of infertility drugs. Just wanted to know if there was anyone else out there that is trying to conceive that has had gastric bypass. I am thankful for having the surgery as at least I now have periods, as before I did not. I just don't ovulate on a regular basis. I too am trying to get pregs have been for 4 years.. am now 16 months post op. Down 147 pounds.. Have done the meds and IUI's just can't go any further financially.. AND they can't find any reason why I am not getting pregs.. even had hubby checked and rechecked.. have one child from previous marriage that is 10 years old. My heart is with you and I have all but given up and letting God take it over. Nothing to do but hope and pray now. I am 37 years old last april. Email me if you like. Lap Rny 1/27/04.. 351/205
