Question:
Can I eat it?

I was allowed spice and heat straight out of the hospital. Has never hurt me.

You can have hot sauce. The docs are more concerned that you are getting in your fluids and proper nutrition. Your diet doesn't have to be boring. Mona

I am 5 days post op and have added Tobasco sauce to my broth and even some V-8 juice. It does spice it up....I love hot food. Good luck, Bob
