Question:
does anyone know where

I would like to know if anyone can help me find a site that has good recipes for post op . I want to eat right when I am able to start eating "real food". The obesityhelp store has a cook book you can purchase. Also, I bet if you did a search of recipes and focused on those that are high in protein, lo in carbs and sugars, you'd find a ton on line. Also, look in the library on this site too, probably some good info on foods for your stage.
