I LIKE IT! I'll try it tomorrow as I need a new tool for water. Thanks!

What works best for me is the 24oz sport top bottles, (pull top). I drink
one by 11am, the next by 3pm and the rest of the day to drink the third
one. If I finish the last one early whatever I drink after that is bonus. I
use the same bottle, just refill it, to save money.

Weight Watchers has a 32 oz mug that has the ounce markings on the side of
it. Also, I just keep track of how many 16 ounce water bottles I drink. 3
of them is 48 oz. Sometimes I refill them and put them in the fridge or I
use new ones out of the vending machine at work or I buy them by the case
at Sam's or our local grocery.

I needed a bottle of water for a short road trip recently. I picked up the
1 liter bottle of Dasani. I find that I am easily drinking it 3-4 times a
day. Since I wasn't getting my water in at all, I'm really noticing a
difference now. 3 of these equals more than 104 oz. of water a day and
since I find myself getting a 4th in some days, that's often 128 oz. I
just use a Britta pitcher at home to refill it or use the water
cooler(filtered) at work. My commute takes an hour and I drink the whole
bottle each way, then usually drink 1-2 during the work day. Once I get
home at night, I don't even keep track, just drink what I want and that's
growing. I've found the more water I drink the more I want or crave. I'm
also trying to substitute cold water for munchies. Good luck and keep on
sipping...

You might also consider getting one of those Nalgene bottles-- they come in
different sizes (I have 2 of the 32 oz. bottles) and they are virtually
indestructable. They also don't develop that weird "plastic"
smell that plastic water bottles seem to have. And they come in all sorts
of pretty colors now. Just my 2 cents-- enjoy the journey!
