My DH created a spreadsheet in Excel that tracks weight loss AND inches
lost. I'll send it to you, if you email me privately.

Go to Fitday.com and register...it is free and you can keep track of your
weight and the food you eat and exercises and goals and then it has
different graphs based on the info you enter...as well as a journal and it
is done for each day...Good luck! Rhonda

I have been using Fitday.com. It is a great tool for getting all kinds of
info. regarding nutrition, exercise and
weight loss. It will even produce pie graphs and summary charts. It costs
about $20 to download. It's great for tracking your day to day progress.

This is a great tool for tracking how much weight you've lost.
http://www.thinnerself.com/files/Expect_Chart.htm
You plug in your weight, click on "calculate current" and it
shows you how well you are doing, but the best part is the "create
report" button. It shows a graph of how you are losing, and it breaks
down your weight loss into smaller goals (example going from morbidly obese
to super morbidly obese, severly to just obese, etc)...it shows your bmi,
how much water and protein you should be doing, etc. I love this tool.
