Hi Nancy
You don't have to eat all of the points required, u can eat up to the
points required. Im going to my last meeting on friday, and im very happy
with the outcome. The only thing i see going on is that the protein that u
need for wls is high in points. So what i did was 1 week high protein low
carb and the next week, i would eat my any type of food. now they have the
low carb frozen food, and they are great. It works and i plan to do it for
a maintainence plan. Im at goal for me but on weight watcher my weight
should be around 138-145lbs. That is to small for me and my surgeon. Love
the program
Good Luck

Weight Watchers is a good guideline program to follow to try to ingest
healthy foods. We may not be able to consume what's required but if you
need a more detailed menu to follow it will help as a good guide.
