Well, without much information on your profile, we can't see what you've
been doing to help correct the situation. Go back to your surgeon's rules
of eating only at mealtimes, protein first, stay away from the carbs, at
least 64 oz of water each day and exercise. 65 pounds lost is great though.

Well, there's a few things you can try, however, it just has to run it's
course. It's common to hit a plateau at 6-7 months post. Just today, I
finally broke a plateau I'd been on for a month and I'm almost 7 months
post-op. You can try to up your water, increase your protein, increase
your exercise. Some people claim that these things work. Others say that
if you just change things up it helps. Change your exercise regimen, eat
more carbs for a few days then go back to a lower carb diet, etc.
Unfortunately there's not a magic formula for breaking these dreaded
plateaus. However, just be patient and stick with your plan and it will
end.
Good Luck.

Tiyana, I agree with Yolanda, if you don't keep your profile updated, its
hard to help. I went there first to find out how long you had been on a
plateau. If it has only been a week or two since you have not lost weight,
that is not a plateau. A month or more perhaps....as a previous poster
said, shaking things up, changing the food or exercise routines does help.
It always worked for me. Change what type of exercise you do, as long as
it is still heart pumping cardio. Add an extra work out session a week,
for example. Lower your calorie intake by a few hundred calories a day for
a week, then up it a few hundred for a week. Are you getting in enough
protein? Update your profile and we can help you better...

I usually up my protein. I eat white tuna with lemon juice and some ranch.
I put it in some shredded lettuce. I eat this for lunch for a week and it
helps kick start my loss again! You are doing great!
