Sounds great!!! Don't get discouraged from the scale, mine did not move
for 3 weeks and I am only 13 weeks out and in the last 3 weeks I have lost
another 17 lbs. Just make sure you get in your protein - up your water for
a few days and get a walk in if you can. Keep up the great work!!!

Don't worry about it. Your loss so far is great! I had A LOT of starts
and stops; I think it's the body's way of adjusting. It doesn't want to
let go of too much too soon. Relax and good luck. Pam

My opinion? Throw the damned scales out. Go get weighed at a friend's
house once a month. You'll be a lot more stress-free.

Don’t worry. Your body is just adjusting. I am 28 days out and
just got over a plateau myself. I had lost 25 pounds then WHAM hit a wall
and stopped losing for 7 days. I finally lost another pound yesterday. Do
a search in the library for “plateau” and you will see
many people hit a wall about this time. Just keep up the good work and
don’t get to discouraged. It WILL come off!

I just wanted to say that last week I threw away my scale. It was driving
me nuts. I only weight in at the doctors office now. Some days you'll feel
like you eat very little and others like your piggin' out. Just remember
what you were able to eat before and this will seem like very very little
