Attn: Insurance Info (pacificare HMO) changes 2004

This isn't a question, i just wanted to let everyone know that starting Jan 2004 Pacificare HMO of CO will be adding an exclusion for obesity surgery and will no longer be covering it. At least that is what she told me on the phone when i called to make sure i had benifits. I don't know if it will only effect HMO of CO or what. Just wanted to let you all know.    — Dinell H. in our bcbs hmo book the new one says the same thing here in pa. i called they said i could try to file for surgery.
