Question:
Has anyone with C-1000 plan ever won an appeal and been granted WLS?

I have had two Dr.s, and a third one is working on a letter for my hearing, state that it is medically necessary for me to have this procedure and have still been declined twice. My third appeal is going to hearing in three weeks. I would like to know if anyone with RMHMO has ever been approoved.    — Ruth D. (posted on October 21, 2003)
