Question:
Trouble w/Humana PPO - IL?

I've been checking the insurer info and it seems that everyone with Humana PPO in IL has had it pretty easy getting approval. Is there anyone out there that did have a hard time? And what would you suggest to make approval easier? I'm going to Dr. Alverdy & have been told that they will handle everything, but I just want to know what to expect. Currently I have a 42.9 BMI, Diabetes, Hypertension, Heel Spurs & Joint pain, so comorbidities aren't an issue. Thanks a bunch. Estela    — vllgmz4 (posted on September 11, 2003)
