Question:
How long after rny do you have to wait to travel by air?

when i had a different kind of surgery i got very bad gas pain when i was on the airplane. i was about 1 month postop at that time. make sure to take some gas-x with you. it helped alot.

I flew from CA to MS nine days after my lap RNY. Just make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get to your gate so you won't have to run. Randy Elam

I flew to Mexico to have my surgery and flew back 5 days post-op with a 14 inch incision. No problems what so ever!
