Seeking Copies Of Letters That Gained Approval For Breast Lift (Mastopexy)

Could you send me a copy of your doctors letter that got you approved for Mastopexy? I am writing to request that if anyone has had Mastopexy(bresat lift) paid for by their insurance company to please contact me. <br><p> I was denied Mastopexy, Brachioplasty, and Hip Lift. I do not care about the other procedures because I am going to pay cash for my arms. I just need to get the Mastopexy covered so I can get the Brachioplasty half off when done at the same time.<br><p> I am in need of the letters that your surgeons wrote to get you approved for Mastopexy (Breast Lift). <br><p> I am willing to pay copying fees or postage in return for your information.<br><p> Your personal info such as id #'s or socials can be whited out or blacked out before you send them to me to protect your privacy.
