Question:
Pictures or description of TT scars?

Ok so I have another question today? Does anyone have any pictures of their TT scars, or can you describe it. I think I'd like to have one after WLS if I have saggy skin, but would like to see the scars first. My dream is to wear crop tops & a bikini (so what if I'm 32 & a mom of 2 HAHA), this is something I've never done & would love to. Thanks, Estela    — vllgmz4 (posted on August 1, 2003)

I dont have any pics of my scar. But let me just say...GO FOR IT!! I am 38 years old and a mother of 4. I had open RNY on Oct 16 2001 and had my tummy tuck on Dec 23 2002. I am 5'7" and currently weigh 120ish. I started at 230. I just bought my first bikini a few weeks ago. We are leaving for vacation (California) this week. My scar goes from hip to hip, but can easily be hidden under my bikini line. It's the greatest thing ever!!!

I have a hip to hip scar that can be covered up with a string bikini. I had the TT on April 29th of this year and have already been able to wear a bikini to the beach. The only scar that you can see is the insides of my belly button is still red from having it replaced during the surgery. I either put a thin wrap around my waist to cover it up or just rub a little cover up into my belly button. Anyone that would like to see pics just shoot me an email. They are kind of graphic so I don't post them to my profile. I have a bikini shot too I can send you.
