Question:

Your weight loss looks good to me!!! You have lost 3lbs more than I have in
4 months :-) I consider myself a slower loser, not a slow loser. At a 55lb
loss I am right in line with the AMOS weight planner #'s for a projected
80% weight loss. Why would you need a diet pill? Do you feel that you are
eating too much? Diet pills curb appetite (or so they claim), speed you up,
or keep you from absorbing fats. The pouch already does the first and last
item, so the only one left is to "speed you up". Do you feel that
you are excerising enough? Best regards -

In my experience I have noticed that I went into a panic state every time
that the scale didn't move as fast as my mind said it should. At one year
you can reflect on the results and you will wonder why you wasted all of
that time worrying over something that your body will control. You just
need to remember the basics: Drink at least 64 oz. of water, eat protein
first at all meals (divide your weight by 2.3 to see how many grams you
need per day - starting out I needed 123 grams a day now I am at 65) and
excercise at least 4-5 days per week (I read once that you excercise 3
times per week for your health, but need at least 4-5 times per week for
weight loss). I know how frustrating watching that scale can be, but you
need to focus on health, not the number (take your measurements and go by
them numbers). I wish you the best, don't lose focus.

If you do decide to try a diet pill/patch/what-have-you, and I certainly
don't recommend it - I hope you make sure it isn't one of those pills that
creates a bulk "fat catcher" in the stomach. You could find that
VERY uncomfortable and be unable to pass it.

Yes. WWW.GreatAmericianProducts.com/ Ultimate Slim. It is the only diet
pill that does'nt bother my heart. I lose when I take it. My private doc
says quit taking it and I stopped losing. I'm going back to it sometime
soon I hope.

Thank you all for your imput. Like i said, it is not written in stone, but
i was just waying out my options, to see if diet pill help along the way.
i drink 64oz a day of water, i walk 2 miles a day, and i don't eat enough i
think. I certainly can eat more then i could in the beginning, maybe about
8oz of food per meal. Thanx again
