sorry for a gross question... I have had to go to the ER twice for

extreme constipation caused by pain medication (percodan)... I am wondering if this might be compounded when I have WLS?    — Tim W. (posted on June 9, 2003)

Yes, it could get worse. It will be super important to get in all your fluids. Don't know why you're taking percodan now, but hopefully you'd be able to eliminate pain meds after surgery. Chronic use isn't good for ya. :)
