Hi. I am with Kaiser in Oregon. I haven't had surgery yet (maybe September), but I have been on the Kaiser website message boards and I know there are a lot of people from S. SF on there. Go to www.kp.org and log in with your health record number and PIN. Then go to Health Discussions and there are message boards under Diet and Nutrition and also under Womens Health. Good luck!!
