Question:
How long after surgery untill i can play sports.

I am a 19 year old college student i am big into playing sports like paintball, tennis, and i want to get back into golf... How long will it be before i can play there sports again?? tennis and paintball take alot of running and such and golf may be strenuous on the mid region but are there any suggestions???    — Adam W. hi, i play rugby and softball and i was able to join back in playing sports fully two months after surgery. I was doing water areobics and walking way before my two months was up, just be really careful of you mid section... Good luck, i know how you feel TEE
