Has anyone had trouble being approved through UHC PPO if the exclusion only states

I agree with the previous poster. However, don't give up. Enlist your employer's human resources department to see if there is a way around the exclusion. Lobby your employer that when time comes to renew the contract with UHC, to have the exclusion removed. Consider legal action. Good luck.
