Question:
Building a tracking spreadsheet. Which measurements do you take?
Hi, all. I want to set up a spreadsheet with my measurements to be taken pre-op and then post-op on a weekly basis. Which measurements do you all take? I plan for chest, waist, hips already but are any others helpful to include? thanks! — Diane M. (posted on February 8, 2003)

I take every month. Starting from the bottom: shoe size, ankle, calf,
thigh, hips, abdomen, waist, under breasts, chest, above chest, ring size,
wrist, lower arm, upper arm, neck, shirt size, and pants size. I also make
notes about how I feel different like when I had to move the driver's seat
up in the car since my butt didn't take up as much room.

When I went to a 'diet center' they took our measurements on a regular
basis. They measure the ankle, calf, thigh, wrist, upper arm-all on the
dominate side of your body-meaning if your are right handed it would be on
the right side-left side for left handed people. They would also measure the
hips, waist, chest, neck. This was done every month. A boby % was also done at
that time.IT is a cool thing to keep track of as sometimes inches would be
lost but not pounds so that still counted as a successs. Good luck.
