My skin is looking like I have DIMPLES

Hi Tammy! Well, I'm 5 weeks post-op, down 39 pounds, and am seeing the
same things you are! Across my stomach, where it used to be smooth and
"well rounded" it's now dimply and kind of saggy/flabby. WEIRD!
When I first noticed it a few weeks ago I had to go show my husband LOL.
I'm thinking that it's just that the fat is disappearing from underneath
the skin and is leaving this weird chicken skin thing going on. I've also
noticed that my breasts aren't as full and are feeling a little bit flappy.
NO!!! Oh well... I'm sure that I'll be able to find a great plastic
surgeon when this is all said and done :). I guess our bodies just burn
fat where they feel like it. As far as the dimply skin going away, I
dunno. I'm looking forward to reading the other answers!!! Good luck,

First question for you -- how much do you exercise? That is a BIGGIE that
will help this problem. Other question -- are you getting enough water?
And unfortunately, yes, probably cellulite and flabby skin. But exercise
will help -- and I mean cardio AND toning AND weights.

Hi -well I am not exercising like I should - I've been so afraid to start
because I think I'm not healed yet. I'm 7 weeks out - and was back in the
hospital for dehydration at 4 weeks. The doc just told me last week that I
can start exercising now -I've been walking - but not NEARLY enough -- so
if I start now - this should start toning up correct? Also, the water
issue - I get in about 40-50 oz a day.. I can't seem to get much more than
that in.. but I try!! I hope this changes sometime soon!! Food is strange
- somedays I stay full all day- somedays I can't seem to satify any
cravings.. I'm sure I'm doing this ALL BACKWARDS or something... arrghh!
