Question:
What exactly do they consider Medically necessary for Medicare?

I have heard that you need to be over 40 BMI, over 100 excess in weight and have at least 2 co-morbidities? Does it matter what 2 co-morbids? Why isn't this stuff readily available to info. on the internet?    — Bonnie G. (posted on January 21, 2003)
