Question:
Can anyone reccommend a workout video that really works for Abs/Legs and Rear End

I carry my weight in my butt and my legs. I need ab work too. I am looking for a workout video that has worked well for people over the long term for these areas. I am hoping for a 1/2 hr to 3/4 hr max due to my schedule. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am freaking out looking at my legs as the weight comes off. Hi Penny. I swear by The Firm tapes. The new series that include the fanny lifter are FANTASTIC. Fast results and fun to do (tough at first but stick with it!). Good Luck!

I also recommend tapes by "The Firm". I'm still pre-op, but when I have done these with regular frequency in the past they have been AMAZING. My problem now is finding time to do them with kids (am walking instead) and when I did do them, I couldn't stick with the best diet, so they didn't get me to my goals... BUT they made a really made a difference in my body's shape and "how things hung" ;-) They have a workout -- I think the name now is Sculpted hips, buns and thighs... they have it at Target for cheap - it is all done lying down. Has great ab and leg work. Their other tapes are good and probably rotating a few would get you the best leg/ab combination. Good luck. I'm actually looking forward to picking these up again...

I've been doing video's by Joyce vedral and they are wonderful! Some are a little tough at first but they really seem to be working. You can check them out at www.joycevedral.com She is very inspiring too! Good luck to you.
