I'm 5' 8" tall and 48 years old. Started out at 278 and had a Lap RNY
in Feb 2002. 10 months later, I'm down 100 pounds to 178. I'm a
"slow loser" by WLS standards, but I am THRILLED ! I expect to
lose another 10 to 20 pounds before I'm done. I have no problems with the
post-WLS lifestyle. And I'm happier, healthier, and more active than I
have ever been before.

Angel,
I'm 5'10 starting weight of 303 pounds, now 6 months post op and down 100
pounds, to total weight of 203 pounds.. I went from a size 28 pants, to a
size 16-18 pants.
Shirt I went from a size 26-28 to a size 20-22 I still like them baggy but
I like to tuck my shirts in.
Bra size I went from a 46c to a 38c.
The only hints and tips that I could come up with is exercise !! It makes
all the difference, I've been doing weight training 3x's a week and fianlly
have muscle I've never had before... Go figure I actually have a toned and
rippled muscles in my arms... It's really helps...Big difference... I
think being taller has it's advanatages. I'm almost at 200 pounds. When I
look in the mirror I can spot the placed I need to work on... Ie, The
tummy, back, chest, how-ever with clothing on I actually look trim and
fit... I still would like to loose about 30-40 pounds more , and get down
to a size 10-12 pants, (That's my own goal) I would love to weigh about 160
pounds.....
Good luck to you. If you need anything feel free to email me.
Hugs and Best of luck to everyone here !
