Question:
I have been on a plateau for 3 weeks now and can't get off of it. Does anyone
have any advice on how to "jumpstart" my weight loss again?I had lost 90 pounds in 4 months but can't get the scale to move. I walk 2 miles 5 times a week so I do exercise. Any advice will help. Thanks! PS it is not the time of the month for me!! — Judy W. (posted on November 14, 2002)

Maybe you could try walking a little longer, say working up to 3 miles,
then 4. I know exercise makes ALL the difference for me! Good luck on your
weight loss, you've done an awesome job so far!

I HEAR THAT IF YOU DRINK 32OZ OF WATER BEFORE YOU EAT ANYTHING THAN EAT
PROTEIN THE REST OF THE DAY AND HALF WAY THROUGH THE DAY DRINK ANOTHER 32OZ
OF WATER THAT WILL DO IT. I TRIED IT AND GOT THE SCALE TO MOVE GOOD LUCK
