State Mandated

Ok ... I am in need of help here ... I live in Wisconsin and need to find out if Wisconsin mandates that insurance covers WLS when medically necessary ... Can anyone give me the links that would lead me into the right direction ... I keep looking and can not find anything ... I cant answer your question, but you might do a search for the department of insurance for your state. Or give them a call.

Check with Walter Lindstrom or at obesitylaw.com. He usually has a list of states that it is mandated in or e-mail him and ask him. He should know.
