Question:
I am experiencing mid back pain on the right side.
It is not there all the time. I have seen my pcp and she thought that I had pulled my muscle. She prescribed some medicine but it is not helping. I have heard from some other people that my center of gravity of gravity has changed from my stomach to my back. Any ideas? — Daisy H. (posted on September 2, 2002)

Thats what causes it, but it goes slowly away over time. Mine still bothers
me a bit on a rare occasion. Our bodies go thru many changes so fast it
takes time to settle in.. Dont worry about it!

I've been having exteme back pain on the right side too. I've even had
xrays as my doc (not surgeon) thought it was an kidney infection or stones.
Seems that by my being "constipated" that the "stuff"
was all up in that area and that could have been what was causing those god
awful back aches. Since I've been eating a extremely high fiber cereal, the
back aches (along with my constipation) are gone!
