DR. PAUTLER OR CHERUP IN PITTSBURGH?

I am having a TT and breast reduction and lift and am looking for the best plastic surgeon in the Pittsburgh area.Please help by sharing your experience if you live in the area. i'm also looking for plastic surgeons in pgh area. I've gone to hurwitz and lazzaro for consultations,both seemed really good. but need money up-front. I can't work, so I can't get a loan. I'm going to check on the 2 you mention also.Hope someone had PS and can give us info on their surgery.
