Does anyone know of a support group in fort lauderdale south florida?

Yes there is, and there is a meeting tonight at 6pm for preops and at 7pm for postops. It is at Holy Cross Hospital on Federal Hwy in their Immaculata Center. Dr. Marema's group has this support group once a month during the summer and more often during the year.

Holy Cross Hospital inside the Sister Innocent auditorium. They have a support group tonight at 7:00 to 8:30PM for anyone who wants to come and find out more about Bariatric surgery. They also have an information seminar as well at 6:00 to 7:00 PM same location. Hope to see you there tonight.
