Question:
Has anyone tried Pilates after WLS?
I would like to know if anyone has tried Pilates (PUL-LAH -TEEZ) after WLS as a form of getting and staying fit? Does it work for you? I am thinking about trying this in addition to more swimming. (Thanks). — Hotdiva (posted on July 17, 2002)

I was doing Pilates 5 days a week at my home. Do to my excess skin my dr.
are not allowing me to excerise right now but I can't wait to be able to do
it again. I also do Yoga.

Isabella, I'm still pre-op but I was gonna ask the same question. I heard
Pilates is especially great for strengthening and toning.

I do Pilates twice a week w/ a private instructor and at home w/ a machine
I got on QVC and tapes. I think it is wonderful and it has helped me w/
toning and strength and posture. I recommend it highly......it's
fantastic!
