Any one in the Ft.Wayne, South Bend area?

I am in the South Bend area and am using the WINLIFE program in Indy. They have everything there and have a 5 year follow up program. I reccommend it so far...I am scheduled for the RNY on August 6.

I used Dr. Doug Streich at Madison Center in South Bend. I had absolutely no problems at all. Good luck
