I recently purchased one from laurenshope.com and it is beautiful! However, they don't recommend you get it wet, etc. So I wear it to work and out socially. I have another that a purchased at a local signmaker/stampmaker shop for $12. Its rather ugly, but I wear it when cleaning, gardening, etc.

I'm in the process of ordering a bracelet from About Me Medic Alert Jewelry. I personally love their selection - they can get a little pricy - think they range from $40 to $80 dollars.....
