Cottage cheese, baked potato innards, hot cereal. They're soft, but have a
little substance so they will cause you to feel "satisfied",
perhaps. ????

How about some yogart? or maybe some soup with crackers dipped in it? Or a
scrambled egg? Oatmeal? cottage cheese with sliced ( tiny)peaches? pudding?
chocolate, vanilla or butterscotch?..How about freezing some yogart and
eating that? Im on a soft diet too and eat crackers with some tuna and
diet mayo on it or canned chcken..YUMMY!!.Since on my soft diet sheet my Dr
gave me Im allowed soup. chicken and greenbeans ..so I take chicken and
stars soup and add 2 ozs of chicken ( can) and a few green beans ( all
chopped really fine of course) and eat that with 2 or 3 crackers and thats
a meal for me!!

Try soft scrambled eggs with melted cheese and a tablespoon of salsa or
veggie chili on top. Pure protein and soft to boot!

I was so tired of the same things over and over again, that I finally
dediced to eat what everyone else in my house ate. I just stuck it in the
blender with milk and ate that. Some things are really gross prepared that
way, but most things work very well. The first time I tried it, I had made
lasagna for my family and i was facing another night of pudding...I just
couldnt take it. I slammed some lasagna in the blender with milk and ate
it. It was just like I was having lasagna, but ummm mushy. Its the only
thing that kept me from going to solids too soon. good luck
