Anyone successful with obesity law.com?

I fought with my insurance company for over 4 months, was denied, filed a level 1 appeal on my own, was denied again and hired walter to handle the 2nd appeal. I was approved within 3 days of them recieving his appeal letter. I would highly recommend using him. If you have any serious weight related health problems, i.e., sleep apnea, high blood pressure, diabetes (type 2), joint problems, he has a pretty good chance of getting you aproved, even if you have an exclusion. The reason is that legally, they might exclude WLS for weight loss, but they cannot deny you treatment of other health problems. If WLS is considered the best treatment for those health problems, then legally they may have to cover it.
