Question:
i have health net in CT, BMI of 37 with osteoarthritis in left knee and lower back,

osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, lumbar spondylosis, insomnia and stage 2 diabetes. does anyone have any experience with health net? i am still awaiting approval. I also have a long history of dieting and failing and great support from both my pcp and my surgeon. how are my approval chances?    — Bunny G. (posted on April 9, 2002)

I have healthnet charter. My BMI was 40.7 with "borderline" co-morbids and was approved with no problem. Hope this helps.
