Tammy, don't feel like the Lone Ranger--my consultation was Nov. 19 and I

Tammy, I would continue to be a pest and write down the names, times and
dates of the people you talk to. UHC denied receiving my paperwork twice.
Check out my profile. They really hope we will go away.

Tammy,
I'm not clear on who you are contacting, your legal dept or the insurance
company.
If it's the legal department at your employer, I would NOT call them more
than once a week at most. That is not a place, in my opinion, to be
pushy.
However, if it's the insurance company, keep on them. Maybe not every day,
but a couple of times a week.
